Foundation Workshop Overview

Equip nonprofit and international development stakeholders to understand agentic AI, identify mission-driven use cases, recognise associated opportunities and risks, and establish practical governance structures for safe and responsible use.

Foundation objectives:

  • Demystify agentic AI for non-technical and executive stakeholders
  • Distinguish AI, GenAI, and agentic AI architectures clearly
  • Map realistic, high-impact use cases across operations
  • Address safety, bias, data sovereignty, and ethical boundaries
  • Introduce the Human-in-the-Loop Review (HILR) framework
